Sheryl Carroll is an ex-banking professional turned Integrative Health Practitioner and Health Coach. The tragic passing of a close friend to bowel cancer in 2015, set Sheryl off on a mission to understand what “healthy” really meant. This was the catalyst to her finding her true passion in the world of integrative health. Her banking skills are now used to help women connect the health dots and resolve the things that are holding them back from living with radiant energy and feeling strong and sexy in both body and mind.

Her mission is to inspire women to make their health a top priority, enabling them to reach their fullest potential in life. She works with women 1:1 and in group coaching programs and educates corporates as part of their wellbeing initiatives.
